Network
The token of the Unibase network. It is staked by the operators who run it, it is what governance votes with, and it is what usage across Membase, AIP, Pay and DA is priced in.
Check the address against this page before you send anything. These three are the only official UB contracts; anything else claiming to be UB is not.
The maximum, 18 decimals, all of it issued on Ethereum. There is no mint function left to call — the supply cannot grow.
Bridging locks UB on Ethereum and issues the matching amount on BNB Chain or Base, so the balances on those two are part of the same ten billion rather than additional to it. Adding the three chains' totals together double-counts what the bridge is holding.
The unlock schedule is published on CoinMarketCap. Price and market data live there too — this page deliberately carries neither, because both go stale the moment they are written down.
Node operators stake UB to take part in the network, and lose part of that stake if they fail the duties they signed up for.
Staked UB becomes vUB, which is what votes. Voting power comes from a lock, not from a balance you can sell the same day.
Governance →Usage of Membase, AIP, Pay and DA is priced in UB, whatever it is settled in.
The ERC-20 contract was audited by PeckShield. The report is published in full — read it rather than take this sentence for it.
