Unibase DA
High-performance data storage and verification network
Built to scale to EB+ capacity across a million-node mesh, with low-latency, programmable data access for AI workloads — datasets, checkpoints, embeddings, and protocol payloads. ZK proofs anchored to Ethereum and Base · 32–81 GB/s · honest-one fraud proofs.
Get started

Why Unibase DA
General-purpose DA layers optimize for chain blobs. Unibase DA is the AI-native data plane — programmable I/O, sub-100ms latency, and continuous on-chain verification. Proofs anchor to Ethereum and Base — Ethereum for settlement finality, Base for cost. Membase can use it as a storage backend; mainnet contracts under audit.

Use cases

AI training & inference
Checkpoints, datasets, and embedding stores — high-throughput blob access for training and serving.

Protocol data plane
Verifiable storage that protocols read from, rather than a memory API itself. Available to Membase and AIP as a backend; neither depends on it to run.

Social & gaming
UGC, game state, and media with on-chain availability proofs — the data stays provably there, not just claimed to be.
Key features
Programmable data access
SDK-driven upload, verify, and retrieve. Low-latency I/O for training pipelines, inference caches, and protocol payloads.

32–81 GB/s throughput
Sub-100ms latency, and it holds as the mesh grows — the design is built for AI-scale concurrency, not ledger-sized blobs alone.

Honest-one fraud proofs
One honest validator suffices. Continuous ZK on-chain verification — no honest-majority assumption.

Designed for EB+, a million nodes
The ceiling is set by how much proof verification the settlement chain can absorb per block, not by a central storage tier — so capacity grows with the chain and with every node added.

Architecture
RS encoding → Encode Proof (storage) → Duality Proof (availability). ZK on-chain verification with optimistic fraud proofs. Unibase DA is the verifiable data plane; Membase is the memory product, and can use DA as a storage backend rather than being built on it — the two ship on their own schedules.
Supported networks
Testnet live. Ethereum and Base mainnet — ZK verification contracts under audit.
